Information we collect

We collect account identity supplied through sign-in, company-profile information, opportunity decisions, pilot-request information, support communications, and basic security and service logs.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, match public opportunities, deliver decision support, operate subscriptions, respond to requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

What not to submit

Do not provide classified information, controlled unclassified information, protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, tax identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, government-data retrieval, email, payments, analytics, and security. Public procurement records may be retained as part of our research database. Customer information is retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required for security, tax, payment, or legal purposes.

Security and accounts

We use access controls and protected service credentials, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep your account secure and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.

Children

BidAvant is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.
