Research service

BidAvant provides public-source research, monitoring, analysis, and decision support through services including Recompete Radar. We do not provide legal, procurement, financial, or accounting advice.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a procurement will occur, remain available, match a subscriber’s eligibility, or result in an award. Forecasts and confidence scores are informed estimates and may be wrong.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying every requirement, representation, certification, deadline, submission, price, and contractual obligation before acting.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service to misrepresent status, evade procurement rules, obtain restricted information, harass government personnel, or violate law.

Public records and third-party sources

Source systems may contain delays, errors, omissions, and changing records. Links and excerpts are provided for convenience and do not replace the official solicitation or contract record.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are month-to-month unless an order form says otherwise. Charges recur until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the account is terminated for misuse. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are nonrefundable. Beta or pilot access may be changed or discontinued.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidAvant is provided without warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim. Nebraska law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Account security and termination

You are responsible for your account and authorized users. We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the service.
